pasta
This is one of the fastest
meals to make and my family loves it so much that I could probably get away
with making it every night if I did not want variation in my dinners.
Quinoa veggie curls pasta
Chunky vegetable red sauce – 1 jar
Half a bag of chopped and ready onion and
bell pepper
1 tablespoon of minced garlic (I buy it by
the jar)
Salt-free seasoning
Grab a big pot and a
medium pot and immediately put water on to boil in the big pot. Next, empty
the jar of sauce into the medium pot and place it on medium heat. Add in
the onion, bell pepper, and garlic. Stir and put a lid on it – stirring occasionally.
Once your water is boiling, add the veggie curls and boil for 6 minutes. During
this time, add seasoning to your sauce and turn it to low heat.
After you drain your pasta,
the sauce will be ready and you can serve. Literally a 15 minute meal – even when
moving slowly!
